Shipping & Delivery

Shipping of orders will only take place once payment has been received in full. It is the customers responsibility to check the condition of the goods immediately upon delivery, else we are in no position to pursue carriers for claims against damaged parts.

Privacy & Security

At, we store customer contact details in order to forward you the latest deals when they become available. We do not store credit card details for security purposes, and you may opt out of our newsletters at any stage.

Returns & Relpacements

Returns due to damaged or faulty goods should be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items ordered incorrectly can be replaced for the correct item at our discretion, but all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

At the point of ordering, please supply full company information including Vat number if applicable, and the address you wish goods are to be delivered to. For security purposes we stipulate the first order by any customer be paid for by bank transfer. Our bank details are found at the bottom of your invoice.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment can be made by bank transfer (only option for first order), by Paypal (=4%) or Credit Card (+2%) Prices listed on the website may vary slightly, and we reserve the right to change without notice. Viewing Orders Once submitted, you will receive an order confirmation in which you will be able to view your purchase and expected delivery dates.

Updating Account Information

Customers registered on the website may either log-in to their online account or submit by email any account information changes they may wish to make us aware of.
